TWENTY ONE. OPEN HOUSE. FINAL.
This cutie right here is Logan Lerman, and for the purpose of this want ad, we’ll just call him Logan. Ahem. So back in the day when the two of them were at Hogwarts, Mikah was this really, really sunshiny girl who would literally stand in the middle of a random corridor and give out free hugs and cookies. Logan was a year younger, shy, crushing on Mikah like crazy but too scared to approach her because she was a year older and therefore out of his league. And because they were in different years (and maybe houses), their paths simply never crossed, so Mikah never knew he even existed.
Now, the two of them are insanely quidditch-crazy. When Mikah made the house team in her fourth year, Logan would cheer for her quietly on the stands, different houses or not, and even looked up to her a little as a quidditch player. A year later, Logan himself made the quidditch team, and that was when they first spoke. In the middle of a playful match to find the snitch at six in the morning because the pitch was empty. They shared a passion and a dedication to be better. And through that one time flying together, they became fast friends and training partners.
Flash forward a bit—in Mikah’s sixth year, she suffered an injury that put her out for an entire season. That turned Mikah’s world upside down, and she changed her career plan entirely, sure that she was probably never going to get back on the broom again. But it was Logan that got her to go back, through frustrated practice sessions together and lots of patience. After a few months, Mikah got back on the broom again, and in her seventh year, she was recruited to play for an American team.
What Logan never told Mikah, though, was that he was still very very much in love with her. Mikah felt the connection, but denied it—she’d put her heart on her sleeve her entire time at Hogwarts, and got it broken again and again. In some ways, she was in denial. On the day of graduation, the two of them shared a kiss. It would’ve been the start of a relationship, had the two of them not interpreted it differently. Logan believed that Mikah kissed him because she really liked him, that she wanted to be more than friends. Mikah pushed those ideas away, blaming it on her impulsiveness and the fact that she was just really, really happy that day.
Their friendship faded once Mikah moved abroad. Their story was unfinished, and they never addressed the kiss. Her busy schedule, new friends, and new life meant that she kept in very little contact with Logan. There were packages, holiday cards, birthday cards… but not much more, leaving Logan to wonder if he’d ever meant anything to her at all.
But people grow up. Mikah realized that she was really, really unfair to him all this time. Seeing that Logan was basically the reason why she’s playing professionally today. And now that she’s back in England, she wants to fix it. As for Logan… well, he’d probably be reluctant to have much to do with her again, even if the old feelings are still there.
Alright, so that’s all I’ve got haha. This is so specific. XD I just have this story in my head. Anyways, whether or not Logan feels the same way is up to you. It’d be nice if they ended up together, but I mean, it’s ultimately up to whoever takes it and the direction where we want to take this plot.
