DECEMBER OTMs
#1 INFO Starting Today (Jan 1st), we will be taking nominations for our OTM awards. Each month, we will have 'of the month' awards. For anyone new to roleplaying, certain categories are put together for the OTM awards. Then members on the site nominate other members than themselves for awards. Normally sites would put a picture and just a link to that member's profile. We at OOTW have decided it would be more beneficial to link your plot pages, want ads, etc. We also have decided that if a member wins two awards (ex: male otm & thread otm) then they will be able to link their website (if they own one) as one of the links in our above banner tab. This is essentially free advertising for a full month on a tab that a lot of people rely on to quickly link to other things on our site. Nominations will close on January 7th at 11:59pm EST.
#2 AWARDS
1 OTM win: your plotpage or want ad linked on our banner tab.
2 OTM wins: two links of your choosing - want ad, plotpage, your own forum, open thread, etc.
#3 CATEGORIES & NOMINATING The categories for December were Male of the Month, Female of the Month, Member of the Month, & Thread of the Month. When nominating for a category, you may only nominate one person for each category. If you have multiple accounts, please do not nominate people more than once going by the number of your characters. This is completely an out of character thing thus you may only nominate three people (male, female, member) and one thread since you are one person. You do not have to nominate for every category in case you are hung up on who to nominate for a category. Our categories for January will be Male of the Month, Female of the Month, Member of the Month, and Enemies of the Month - so you can anticipate those nominations when this current month passes. Please post below in this thread using the form below to nominate.
